As the AW13 catwalks were painted red we’ve nodded to this bold colour trend with our wine-coloured interpretation. This look may be striking, but it is by no means dense - layer rich hues and pair your new Kay Francis with scarlet coats, burgundy coats and bordeaux blouses; this is an invitation to experiment with textures and compositions. Emulate the gothic trend with plush velvets, or opt for a more feminine outlook with delicate chiffon and lace.
