Christmas Day
For the biggest day of the year, you have to look your best, which means choosing something chic and stylish that’ll impress your friends and family. Keep it smart but casual with a festively red jersey dress. And the more distracting detailing, such as a front knot, the better! As they’re the best for hiding any lumps and bumps after over indulging with all of that delicious festive food. Since the day is all about relaxing, give your feet a day off too and opt for a pair of mid-heels. Finish your look with a handy clutch just like our Gabby Shoulder. It’s just the right size for carrying all of your essentials if you’re popping around to your friends and families’ houses.

Boxing Day
Whether your curling up at home recovering from a festive food coma or braving the legendary Boxing day sales, you’ll need to be wearing something all snug and comfy. Play it casual with a pair of baggy trousers, a snuggly jumper, and a pair of comfy boots. And if you do brave the sales, opt for a casual bag just like our Stan tote that’s perfect for fitting all of your sale bargains inside.

Remember we love to see how you’re styling your own Fiorelli handbags, so, share your festive photos with us on Twitter or Instagram

Team Fiorelli Share Their Christmas Plans

Christmas is one of our favourite times of the year, so everybody in our office is excitedly counting down until the big day. With only twelve days left, we can’t wait to spend some quality time with our families, eat as much delicious food as we possibly can, and of course, find out what lovely presents we will be surprised with.

If you’re wondering exactly how some of the Fiorelli team are hoping to spend the festive season and what they’re most looking forward to, we've found out their Christmas wish lists for you!

Sue Tebbitts: Brand Manager

What do you love about Christmas?
I love spending ages with the kids choosing the ‘right’ shape Christmas tree and then decorating it for hours.

What will you be giving?
For girlfriends, I’m sending Kate Spade accessories, for the kids, it’ll be iPods and headphones, and I’ll probably get the hubby a bit of Mulberry.

What are you hoping to receive?
I’d love a cashmere beanie and some good books.

Cecilia Child: Trade and Corporate Operations

What do you love about Christmas?
I love Christmas as it means hanging out with friends and family for an extended period. That along with the eating and drinking of course!

What will you be giving?
My husband has been after some tweed for a while, so, I will be giving him a peacoat from S.E.H Kelly.

What are you hoping to receive?
I love all things brogue, so, I'd love to get a nice pair of boots from Grensons.

Pandora Rice: National Accounts Manager

What do you love about Christmas?
I love spending time with all of my family and eating as much as I possibly can!

What will you be giving?
I will be making home-made mince pies for aunts and uncles, then, jewellery for my Mum and sisters.

What are you hoping to receive?
I would love to receive either some Zara clothes or some Russell and Bromley boots!

Lisa Wood: Senior Designer

What do you love about Christmas?
I love everything about Christmas!

What will you be giving?
It sounds predictable but I'll be giving Fiorelli handbags to all of my female family and friends as it's honestly what they want! Even my little nieces have requested Fiorelli handbags from me this year! They want the mini Harper grab and Perry shoulder bag from the new collection. For the boys, I've not decided what to buy them yet!

What are you hoping to receive?
A little bit of jewellery from my Fiancé.

So, now that you know some of Team Fiorelli's plans for Christmas, why not share yours with us? Tweet to tell us, @Fiorelli_Bags.

Christmas Party Style Inspiration: Mollie King

We love to share style tips here at our office and we're always talking about something fashion related, so the Christmas party is naturally a big talking point for us! And as we're all looking for a little outfit inspiration, the fashionista on everybody's lips is Mollie King of The Saturdays. We love her girly yet sophisticated style... And that's not just because she's been seen out and about with one of our party clutches!

So, in our quest to replicate the singer’s style, we've created some inspirational looks based on a couple of her most papped outfits.

In this look Mollie is sporting a gorgeous up do which is comparable to the staple hairstyle of sixties French actress Brigitte Bardot (Mollie’s self confessed fashion idol), a leather shift dress and our signature clutch bag, the Fiorelli pixie clutch in black

Introduce a touch of feminine, festive sparkle to your Christmas party outfit by adding a shimmery peter pan collar and glitter nail paint.

Mollie's party look is given a seasonal update here, we chose a luxurious velvet version of Mollies sweetheart neckline dress which is so on trend for winter 2013 and added a deep berry lipstick and Fiorelli Perry shoulder bag for hands-free dancing!

How will you be styling your Christmas party look this year? Tag us on Instagram in your Christmas party outfit pictures with #FiorelliChristmas.

Behind the Scenes: Fiorelli's AW14 Shoot

While you may be grabbing the wrapping paper and reaching for the ribbon, we’ve got an early Christmas gift for you as we share some behind the scenes moments from our latest shoot for our AW14 collection.

Yes, you read that right! While we may have our current winter collection ready for your wardrobe now, we’re preparing to show the world what next year’s festive season will look like! From sumptuous quilted styles to bright raspberry hues, AW14 is set to be an unforgettably stylish season.

As with any fabulous photo shoot, we began the day with some hair and make up prep - our gorgeous models were primped to perfection with beautifully bouncy hair, and sultry and smokey eyes - a luxurious look that is embodied in the handbags themselves!

Next up was the wardrobe call, where our models were dressed to impress with fabulously chic style. Clean lines and bold designs were the order of the day, before each look was finished with a fabulous Fiorelli bag.

Within no time, the stage had been set and we were ready bright lights and action. Our ladies made it look easy, but handbag modelling is no mean feat - unless, that is, you’ve got a beautiful accessory to tote on set!

Sadly there is a little longer to wait until we can reveal more of the collection, but keep following us on Facebook and Twitter for more sneak peeks! In the meantime, we’d love to know what you would like to see from the next Fiorelli collection - from prints to colours, Tweet your style suggestions to us at @Fiorelli_Bags!

Work the Mini Handbag Trend with our SS14 Harper Collection

Everybody has that go-to day bag which they can’t live without. It’s practical in size and fits all of your daily essentials inside without compromising its style credentials. The one that you can wear with almost any outfit.

But there’s always one downside to your perfect bag, and that’s the fact that it’ll always be a tad too big to dance the night away with! Despite how on-trend or fashionable it may be. So, that’s where the mini handbag trend comes into force.

As part of our new S/S 14 range, we’re introducing the gorgeous Harper collection with the statement triple compartment shoulder (above left) and her mini grab sister (above right)! The easiest way to wear your favourite style 24/7.

Do daytime smart-casual with the Harper triple compartment shoulder by teaming with an edgy leather skirt, ankle boots, an on-trend fluffy jumper and a classic necklace.

Or do night time cool with our mini Harper grab by wearing with a pair of structured trousers, heels, and a chic blouse. It's the perfect size for all of your bits and bobs yet still small enough to hit the bars with.

So, what we really want to know is which style do you prefer? Tell us whether you'll be flaunting the full size or mini version this season and how you'd work the look on Twitter

Fiorelli's Festive Fun: Europe’s Best Christmas Markets

Be it a bratwurst sausage in Berlin or an adventure to London's Magical Ice Kingdom, it’s not Christmas until you’ve sipped some mulled wine from a wooden stall adorned with baubles. Start as you mean to go on this season by shopping ‘til you drop, nibbling festive fancies and drinking eggnog at Christmas Markets in London, Berlin and Copenhagen this 2013.

London

For the best Christmas markets in London, Southbank Centre and Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland are a must. Head to Southbank Centre first to make your way around 80 authentic wooden chalets selling a wide range of gifts and delicious Christmas store cupboard treats including gingerbread hearts, eggnog, fine wine and cheeses.

Don’t miss Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland where you can take a flight on the giant Ferris wheel, enjoy an impressive view of London from 60 metres above ground, relive your childhood by visiting Santaland and explore The Magical Ice Kingdom for ice sculptures, ice rinks and temperatures of -8, it’s not for the faint hearted!

Berlin

Christmas markets in Germany are renowned for being particularly lovely, after all, this is where traditional Christmas markets originated, and is the place where other countries draw their inspiration from. If Germany is the kingdom of Christmas markets, Berlin is certainly the capital.

With 50 individual Christmas markets taking place each year, you’ll be totally spoilt for choice in Berlin. The market at Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche is the largest and such a hit with locals and tourists alike that over 2 million visitors frequent it each year in pursuit of handcrafted jewellery and Christmas decorations as well as gorgeous roasted chestnuts and mulled wine.

Copenhagen

Seeking an authentic Christmas atmosphere? Head to Copenhagen in Denmark. From mid-November, Copenhagen’s Tivoli Garden theme park turns into a vast magical kingdom complete with a grotto, Christmas market, Yuletide food and festive elves and pixies.

For the thrill seekers amongst you, Tivoli Gardens also offers an impressive ice rink, 100 year old rollercoaster and a whole host of theme park rides. A stunning Russian theme was introduced last year and provides the ideal backdrop for all those Christmassy Kodak moments.
